This service costs 10% (+VAT) of gross rental income per month. We only get 10% of the total amount of money we generate for your property.

This plan provides our clients with the opportunity for all the services included in the basic management plan, but with two additional services of our client’s choice. This provides the flexibility for our client to pick and choose a plan that best suits their preference without having to commit to the supercharged plan.

This service costs 12% (+VAT) of gross rental income per month. We only get 12% of the total amount of money we generate for your property.

This service costs 15% (+VAT) of gross rental income per month. We only get 15% of the total amount of money we generate for your property.

All of management plans have a sign-on fee of £180 (inc. VAT). This is for the initial setting up of our client’s property into our systems.
However, we remain consistent to our core value of being fair and promise to only make money when you are making money, so this sign-on fee is only charged when our client’s property has made £1800 (Gross), through our services.
